Are these ready for transplant?

These seedlings are 8 days old. I was planning on waiting until Saturday to transplant because alot of people go two weeks in solo cups. But ive also heard when the leaves are outside the rim they are ready. They have really taken off the last two days but are they strong enough to handle a transplant this soon?

IMO I would wait another day or so…I like to make sure the roots are filling the cup. When the leaves overhang the cup seems to work for me.

Your ready to transfer. I grow hydroponic and as soon as mine gets half that big they go into the final grow space which is a 5 gal container. Nice and healthy seedlings you have. Good luck with your grow

I transplant seedlings at day 14 at the soonest

I would transplant those this is what it’s going to look like soon. This round for me I’ve been busy this is the result. Then I overwatered LOL like a newbie
