Using Solo cups for seedlings, if I have it correct I want to transplant into 5gal pots before the seedlings get root bound, so as I can’t see the roots how do I know when to transplant? What do I look for as a sign that they are ready? Only 2nd grow and planted direct in pots first time. This time I’m transplanting. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I transplant at 13 days or so. Another rule of thumb is when leaves cover the top of the cup from side to side.

I also transfer about 2 weeks after they pop the soil this will be easier to judge as you get more experience
