I just take decarbed bud coconut oil and a emulsifier put it in a mason jar put the jar in a instapot or rice cooker with water and let it run for about 2 hrs (a pot of boiling water also works)
For decarb I put the mason jar in a oven at about 280-300f for 20-30 mins
This method gets me really close to maximum extraction without a lot of THC degradation and it’s stealth your kitchen won’t smell
Oh and remember glass can break if shocked so let it cool slowly

My brownies call for egg in the recipe, which is the emulsifier, so no lecithin needed in that case.

A friend makes coconut oil and he gave me some to experiment with. I love to cook and made small loaves banana bread that are sublime. I’ve been trying different proportions ranging from 25% butter replacement to double what I typically use when I make family-friendly banana bread. As one would expect, the results vary from a nice mellow buzz to wake me next weekend. I have it down to a science, but my friend’s coconut oil varies in strength, so that impacts my results. Regardless, it’s darn good and there is nothing about the bread that hints it’s full of THC, including the taste.

I use to use coconut oil, but I have switched to MCT oil from coconut. I mainly make gummies. About 3,000 a year
