Germinated Wed. March 30th and seedling hit the dirt on Friday. I’m using a clear solo cup as a humidity dome and have the lights at 100%
How does everything look and any recommendations? It seems like the soil is dry but I’m not trying to drown
Sunday it poked thru and getting bigger daily
Take cup off if seedling has emerged.
Water (if any) away from seedling (make roots seek out new ground).
Light height?
Place cup dome over seedling before watering. This will assist not wetting leaves and water away from roots. Good soil will grow roots 7-inches in 7-10 days.

Thats a great light you will love the results. I also got 1 running for the last 2 grows and 2 more other hlg lights also. Best costumer service ever
She sure looks good… Do you still have light tuned up to 100%? Keeps a close eye on her I would probably be at 24" if it were me…

Took your advice and moved the light up! I’m stuck at work all night so I’m waiting on the wife to send a few pictures.
Here is why I recommended that PPFD charts are not easy to find for your light kit… But I did find one …
So basically you have one plant right in the middle of your tent and the lower PPFD for a 10 day-old plant is much better for that young plant.

if you have a IPhone you can check out the Photone app and get you Daily Light Integral DLI figured out pretty easily. There is a really good but long topic on here that @Nicky started and is very good information on checking lights.

If you get the app we can help you get it setup. It used to be free but now you have to pay $ 5.95 to unlock the Sun Direct setting which is the best one to use. Here is a screenshot from my IPhone.
@nmgeo Phones aren’t able to take correct light measurements. I dont see how this app would be any different from the others,unless it does something other than that?
