Hlg 260 xl ppfd chart

I reached out to HLG regarding a ppfd chart for the 260xl kit due to looking over the internet for a few days and not finding anything at all for the XL version but they got back to me fast and here it is

Definitely one of their old school charts.

That is what I would expect to see where the highest PPFD is not seen in the center as it would be with a non-XL board. The highest PPFD according to the chart is at the 2 foot from center mark.

This may sound random, but I also have 3 HLG 260 kits.

Did you know there’s an adjustment screw on the bottom of the drivers? It comes from the factory turned all the way down.

I had my rheostat turned all the way up and I was assuming I was blasting my plants.

I checked my wattage at the wall and I was at 60w.

Now I have two of these in my 3x3, so I was only hitting them 120w of light. I had larffy buds for a year and now I know why.

On some models the adjustment screw is on the top.

Dude, you have no idea how upset I am. I didn’t give away any weed over the last year because I was ashamed of it. Larffy BS.

I’m at the end of week 5 of in my flower tent. I hope this helps, but I think the next round will be larffy too.

That’s a shame to hear man hopefully they dense up some for ya i know tho also all these newer XL kits come with a Inventronics EUM-240 now and not the meanwell drivers anymore and you get a manual potentiometer that hangs off I wish it was just built into the driver would look cleaner and the wires would get screwed up the potentiometer that came with my kit broke at the soldering points within a few weeks of having it luckily hlg sent a new one asap

You can get a housed one from rapid LED dot com for a few bucks  looks even cleaner

Is it compatible with a Inventronics EUM-240 tho It said something about a Meanwell driver but not Inventronics

That’s a @dbrn32 question.

Probably not. Would depend on exact model number, but most of the Eum drivers i have looked at don’t list resistance dimming capabilities. Best bet would be to shoot a message over to hlg though, they would know best what they are sending out. I haven’t fondled qb kit with invertronics driver yet.
