Ffof is too hot of a soil for seedings most will start in a seed starting mix in a cup, then as plant grows to edges will transplant into the ffof. Seedlings get their nutrients from the cotyledons the first couple weeks. In my opinion.

Not gonna green up until it hits the light for the first time. Yellow is normal.

Ok, putting her under the light now.

Light is required to activate chlorophyll green. Ever dropped a board on the lawn and then picked it up after a few days. The new growth grass is yellow.
