Dont buy white truffle seeds, they are trash. Cracked 2 one year old GDP seeds and all 5 of the white truffle using ilgm’s germination steps - both GDP germonated and are growing well, 4 white truffles did, so 80%. One of those never sprouted and the other 3 never grew beyond the first set of leaves, like a seed found in medical Marijuana.. which are bred to not grow.. i have 12 grows under my belt and have never had this issue. Go get blue dream, skywalker og, gold leaf(although thos are not great), GDP, purple kush, purple haze before wasting your money on these trash seeds. Total garbage and a waste of money, effort, and supplies.. want my money back!!!
I had the same problem with the G-13 seeds I bought all failed to germinate or died at the seedling stage

Sorry for your luck contact customer service and go from there… This is the forum we have nothing to do with the seed side.

I can assure you any problems customer service will help. I’ve had half my order stolen, I’ve had some not sprout, I’ve had some act funky, every issue was solved and all seeds were replaced with ones that grew and I can also assure you that we all understand your frustration, Donedeal was just trying to get you to the best help as this is for growers to interact and assist in grow problems.

Technically he said the support regarding seed viability doesn’t happen here on the forum. I understand your frustration brother. Been there myself with blueberry. But it was 20+ and they made it right. I was blown away as it was a year later. But I had several bangers take off. How they turn out is based on conditions.. I understand the confusion too! Many get the forum intertwined with the store, but there is a divide. The forum is here for support in the growing aspect of the hobby, not the sale side. We are all friends here and Support each other. This can be especially frustrating when holding a schedule of some sort. Maybe we can escalate this by including @Olaf.ILGM don’t walk away from ILGM over this. It happens with any company.. there are a few I’m not going to mention that told me to kick rocks. I’ve grown- literally thousands of plants, and ILGM keeps up with them. The only difference between ILGM and the others- is customer service. No one else handles business like they do here.

Twelve grows is cute, most of us consider that still the shallow end of the pool. Maybe with a little more experience you’ll learn the difference between confidence and competence.
I was generous in not pointing out the stack of incorrect claims you made while talking down to others. Won’t make that mistake twice.
