morning growmieâŚmost will say based on how big you want them to grow⌠typical ready to flower needs to be 5 weeks old but I have seen them start 12/12 from day one⌠the stretch can be 2 times the flip starting height but it can also be less than 1⌠I set my lights by DLI numbers and from veg to flower I have to increase the intensity due to shorter hours⌠nice setup you should get a good grow⌠
You are off to a good start. My goal in my tent is to keep the plants short thru training and to try to get them to be wide. Ideally I want to eventually fill every corner of the tent. I usually flip mine when I am about 75% âfullâ when looking down at the canopy. With 4 plants in a 4 x 4 tent, that tends to be about 35 days after sprouting. The stretch then fill it up. Plants can nearly double in volume during the stretch.
If I do it right I have a full tent with an even canopy - any light that hits the floor of the tent is âwastedâ

Flip them now and getcha a few oz in 9-10 weeks 
Or veg till your net is 3/4 full then flip and getcha maybe a #
