Afghan auto from ilgm germinated 08/01/22, she’s in a 3 gallon pot, fox farms happy frog in a 2x2x5.5 ft tent with a ac infinity 150 watt light, when do you guys thing i should start feeding nutes i bought these.

You should be good for at least another week. The preloaded soils are usually enough for the first month or 6 weeks. Once the runoff ppm gets below a certain point you start feeding. I have no experience with it, just remember from reading post from the better growers on here. I’m sure one will chime in with the exact number soon.

Thank you i bought the ppm reader, been reading that on some of these posts, but i think battery died on it lol just was curious if there was a time frame usually
I think most start after a month. But every grow is different so get yourself a new battery. You’ll need a TDS meter for mixing nutes anyway. From what I’ve been reading lately you’ll definitely want to do the scheduled flushes when using FF nutes.

Maintain a runoff PPM of ~1,000.
Don’t forget a cal/mag product.

So i would need the cal mag on top of those nutes i bought ? Sorry i tried to read as much as possible before starting this just don’t want to screw this up lol
Best bet is water to runoff and measure it’s ph & ppm.
This is a very general ppm chart for various ages
You have a good looking plant. Color and structure is where you want it to be.

Any advice on if i should trim anything kinda stuck at a cross roads, she’s blowing up, also read the ppm run off at the bottom of the tray was 300 not sure if it was just water sitting there or what

Not too soon for lst at all. Stay after it, once they shoot for the sky tie em back down
Don’t let your pots sit in runoff. After you water suck any excess out of the trays. I see if I can find a link for what I use, hang on a few…

Yeah, it’s fine. Just watch that over time it doesn’t start to dig in. Usually by then the plant has taken a set and you can just remove it. Those plants to me are the perfect size to start bending

Thanks a lot i really appreciate the advice she was germinated august 1st seems like she’s at a solid pace lol just nervous about screwing up my first grow
When you pull the top down in 1 direction, put a wire at the base of the stem pulling in the opposite direction, actually do the bottom 1st, then the top

Okay soil is a little damp still gonna water tomorrow because it’s about 88 in tent, if the ppm run off is 250 again i read that you can start feeding if that’s correct as well. It seems like she’s doing so well i almost don’t want to change anything
