A few weeks to a month give or take?

The first pic I thought you might be in preflower. After seeing the whole plant, I would say that you are well past preflower. You’re are probably in your late 4th or 5th week. Pistils will start turning color and new ones will grow. Those buds will bulk up enormously over the next few weeks. In a few more weeks you can start checking the trichomes.

I’d say you have a ways to go still is it an auto flower or a photo. If it’s a photo grown outdoors late September to late October would be my guess.
