Looks close to preflower. They start throw some weird looking growth at first, then some white hairs will really start mixing in it. You can also look at the stalk where the branches connect and look to see if there are a couple of hairs. The nodes are going to be the first spots with white pistils. They are the sex pistils.

It looks like you’re getting some hairs in there. Not quite full flower. Just be prepared for it to start growing!!! Looking good!!!

Leaf tips, you plant is about to stretch. Will start growing like wildfire in about a week that when the flowers will start growing.
