Check the underside of the leaves for critters. Capt. Jack’s Deadbug will take care of them if so.
Yep, Critters for sure
Welcome to the forum.
I had mites of some kind. Spider mites I suspect. But they did the same kind of damage I see on your leaves. New leaves too. Captain Jack’s Dead Bug cleared them right up after two or three applications.
Welcome to the community
Okay thank you…no critters visible under leaves or no webs either but something doing damage. I have Captain Jack arriving tomorrow.
appreciate the feedback
Using Flying Skull Nuke Em doesn’t seem to be working
That looks like leaf miners. Captain Jack’s, alternating with Safer Caterpillar Killer. Between those two it should knock them back.
Anyone growing outdoors should have a maintenance plan to combat pests.
White powdery mildew is another you should be watching for.
They sell Capt. Jack’s at Lowe’s, home Depot, etc. Garden centers if you ever end up in a jam and really need some quick
I also thought it looked like leaf miners, I had two plants with them, this year, I Quran teemed them from the other plants. I spray them once a week.
Yes, I have the same thing going on with my new leaves. I had to come to the forum to see if there were any recommendations on care for this little invisible menace. As always, this forum does not disappoint!
Love it
@MidwestGuy What about Neem oil spray? I already have some that I use for my indoor & outdoor plants, but not sure if I should use on my autoflowers. Thanks!
Not a good idea if it is in flower
I hate Neem oil. You can do a better job using C.J.'s and Safer in combination. Those two products can be used up until harvest with no ill effects to plant or user. I would recommend a bud wash at harvest though.
If you are getting leaf miners you are also likely being attacked by others like Cabbage Loupers (which lay eggs on flower that causes bud rot later in the grow).
If you have these around and you’re outside you have probably already been infected.
@Dreamer Thanks and thankfully they’re still vegetating.
Thanks @Myfriendis410 I’ll forego the Neem
