Absolutely a 100% male plant , If you have other plants I would slide a plastic bag over it and gently remove.

Oh ballz. Unless you want to breed something (and happen to have a flowering female around), kill him.

I would carefully place a garbage bag over the top where it sits. Care remove from space and discard. You don’t want to release any pollen because it can fertilize future grows.
Unless, of course, you’re a breeder then carry on
