Hello everyone. Newbie here. My plants are about 8 weeks old, I saw these today. Since I’m new I want to make sure it’s male before I pull it. Thanks for your help. The other two I have look different.

Put a bag over it and chunk it. If any of those flowers pop, all females close by will very likely be pollinated.
