Watering and Nutrients During Organic Grow

In week 1 of flowering using Gaia green dry amendments. My first watering I added only molasses. What do any other organic growers use during watering? I plan to alternate the molasses with folic acid (mr. fulvic). I’d love to hear other ideas to incorporate with watering during flower.

Recharge and fish :poop: works good for me

Thanks! Do you have an opinion on fulvic acid? I have not found much info on it.

Fulvic acid is good. I use humic acid, but fulvic releases more oxygen and works at any pH. I use salt based nutes so I just mix it in. Don’t know anything about organic growing, so I can’t speak as to your method. But it will definitely help your plants uptake nutrients.

Thanks so much! it’s my first go round with the organic dry amendments and so far i’m thrilled. at the end of the day it’s the end product right, but i can honestly say here as i move into flower it has been both the easiest and my girls look the healthiest I’ve ever had at this stage…

That’s a good thing. I’m about three weeks into a grow and it’s been a cakewalk. Feels like they’re going on autopilot. I’m using Jack’s 321 so very different methods, but hopefully it keeps going smoothly for both of us.

I use the dry fox farm fruit and flower, and during flower I also use a little bio thrive bloom which is also organic. Works good for me.

Using Gaia Green as well first run with it and definitely digging it. Have been topdressing with there glacial rock dust as well and doing it every two weeks instead of monthly. Also using Fish :poop: and myco chum, and they are looking great. Good luck with your organic grow!!

Guys and gals just know organics need almost nothing in living soil. They are smaller and slower. You can nute shock them easy. Too much molasses is not good. Best practice is if hungry top dress with the boost or base. I add a little p/k boost sometimes with big flowers about 1/4-1/2 what it says.

Thanks. I have only used molasses (1 tbsp per gallon) once and planned to every other watering. Is that too much?

If living soil yea. Part of the ammendment is molasses. The insects like it also. Gnats will explode in sugary soil if they get in.

How about fulvic acid? I’m interested in your opinion.

Thanks! I looked on the recharge. It has fulvic and humic acid. No wonder it’s so expensive…

Hey. Bought the fish shit… your recommendation for application? My plants look amazing already. I can’t imagine this will make them look better but many of you have recommended this so i want to try it…

If perfect dont change. Less is more.

Fair enough. But… If i decide to do it later or with a later grow, how would you recommend applying?

I used it when i reammended and was cooking for new batch.
