For a nearly extinct plant, Bleeding Heart sure does well in North America.
My old property had tons and tons of bleeding hearts all over the back fence line.
I noticed that a chipmunk has had the balls to dig a hole right next to Zen’s favorite Catnip plant…where Zen likes to hang out, this should be interesting. Zen spends hours sitting next to the hole, just waiting.
Finally got the opportunity to go out and look at all the Halloween goodies. Spend about 2 hours at three different stores with my beautiful granddaughter.

My granddaughter is my very best friend in the world. We hang out every single day. We’re going to Hershey Park Halloween Eve and Halloween for a two-day haunted experience and theme Park fun getaway. (I’ll be sure to get tons of pictures)

Your granddaughter seems to be a chip off the ol’ block!
She was raised in Virginia by her grandmother on her father’s side. (My son’s stepdaughter) She was having a very tough go at life. Failing 11th grade running with the wrong crew. (Very easy to do in today’s society with kids).
I agreed to take her under my wing and bring her here with me. I got her through her 11th grade. She made honorary principles honor roll all four semesters in her senior year. Yes straight A’s. 4 days out of high school straight into college. She’s got two more semesters and she’ll be on her way to a veterinarian career. She just started an internship at one of the best veterinarians in the state of Maryland.
I’ve turned her into a beautiful little woman. Wasn’t easy. She deserved it. She worked hard for it. She listened to everything I said. She’s overcome so many obstacles in her path to a successful career has been set. All this and she hasn’t even turned 19 yet. As I said. She’s my best friend. She’s definitely in the Agnes Mafia she’s under my wing. She can’t fail
Keeping the boys away from her has been extremely difficult. But I got that covered as well.
Thats awesome and good for you both. Too often today kids get no direction or guidance and get blamed for their shortcomings in trying to figure out this very complicated world. Agnes Mafia mount up!
All she needed was love, structure, and guidance. (And my foot up her A$$)
