It is simple leaf variegation and isn’t something to worry about.

Thank you for your optimism, but it’s most likely a virus. TMV
There is no cure for actual TMV. Let her grow out a bit and see if it continues. It is not a common thing in cannabis and other things can make it look like TMV. And if it is TMV your whole plant will soon be affected.

I agree with @MidwestGuy on the variegation. I’ve had a few look like this and TMV would have some twisted leaves, yellow striping

TMV does not present as the pics shown. TMV is more blotchy and is usually accompanied by stunted growth. The pics shown are typical of leaf variegation.
I would leave them on. The plant needs them.

FYI I have not seen TMV presented on this forum.

Not to beat the dead horse, but not the virus. It is clearly variegation. The virus would also have twisted leaves and affect the foliage more uniformly. As all ready stated.
Dudding and lack of growth would also be presenting at this point of visible leaf symptoms. It’s like you pulled the e brake on growth.
