Hi guys…me yet again 
Been battling catterpillars problem and have doused all in btk as well as hand killing the nasty f**kers!!!
I estimate I normally harvest in about 4-5 weeks
The following photos are off a couple plants…are they salvageable??? And do they look nearly ready …these 3 plants seem miles ahead of their potted mates…they are in the ground

Unfortunately they are nowhere near ready
I fought caterpillars last year lost a tun of buds. If you peal the buds open and dig around you can save some buds. I had to cut off every cola on one of my plants and let the smaller buds become the new colas. In the end I probably tossed over a LB I used BT but started it too late by the time I realized what was happening they had killed all the main colas and infested all the secondary colas. The only thing lest was the little larf buds they ended up all being fat dense buds about 6in long all over the plant. Looked kind of trippy
Thanks heaps for your input…I think btk was introduced too late but am going down fighting…will trim where needed for an early smoke…which is quite nice and can only get better 
I ended up with more than I thought I would. It was worth the fight. Ill take more precautions this year.
Am going for insect tents next year and make sure I am ready with BTK.
A further question, can you use pyrethrum when the plant is budding?
