Yesterday I discovered bud rot on two of four plants that are all in close proximity together. I removed the rot and many leaves so I could inspect all the buds. The pictures attached here are from the four plants. I see no amber so I’m not sure if I should harvest now to save what I have or wait. And if I wait do I spray with a peroxide mix? These are all Girl Scout Extreme Autoflowers.

Not a expert here but have been dealing with bud rot myself last 3 weeks. Just been cutting out bad areas with alcohol wiped thread sissors, spraying area with peroxide solution once removed, getting rotted parts in burn barrel, and carrying on, have sprayed montery BT and Capt Jacks dead bug last week and 1\2 seems to have cut down on rot, yes I had caterpillars.
Your trichs need a bit more time, I will post a pics of Mine later It will yanked today and cleaned and hung to dry. Good luck may your buds mature.
