First off, thanks to all of you that gave me welcome and encouragement after the post of my seeds coming up. I appreciate the thoughts and adds to the excitement of my first ever grow.

I started 3 SK 4 WW and 3 GL seeds four days ago. For germination, I went with 24 hrs in room temperature water. Then put each seed in peat and threw the lid on. Under the little t5 grow light they went.
Bam! One day later a sign of green. The SK started first. All 3 came at once.
Day 3…three of the WW came up…
Day 4… The other WW came up and 2 GL showed their heads. I can see the last GL just below the peat. She wants out!

I’ve just left them under the light waiting for the last GL to be apart of the family. Lights have been on non stop.

In soil you want your PH to be 6.5-6.6 range. Just want to make sure you’re aware. 5.8-6.0 will be too low. Keep the updates coming. We love 'em!

Put them into new homes today. Flipped the big light on 18/6.
Start them out with 1/2 cup water around the stem and a slight misting. I kicked the heat up to 75F and installed the new fan.

All looks good. Put a Humidifier in today and got the RH up. Still on the 1/2 cup of water around their legs with a misting. The 3 GL are starting to get a little thicker in the thigh. They seemed to be the runts out of the bunch. The 4 WW are second in size with leaf and stalk growth. My SK seems to be on a mission. They can up a day before everyone else and just seem to be the more vivacious trooper in my squad.

Still reading to them a little. Finished the Clancy and started some old Lawrence Sanders. I figure I’ll start the Poetry and Spiritual books when they hit the Veg state.
No nutes seeing they are in Root Organic. From what I have read, I won’t start any Steroids until last few of Veg. I still have not decided on what I’m going to use yet, but leaning towards the GH Products. If NASA used it…

Day 19…
Never thought I’d have this much fun growing. So I started another 11 x13 x 8f room for flowering. I bought another 4 1000w lights and plan on getting 2 more. This stuff is addictive! I’m spending more on gear than I do tools now.
Anyway, seems to be going good. Keeping it at 75f with a rh of 45% 18/6. Think I am having a problem with one plant. Little brown on the tip of one leaf so I moved the light up a few inches and dropped my ph to 6 yesterday and 6.3 today. See what happens. I was planning on 5.8 6.3 thru veg but have been hitting them with 6.5. Remember… Soil is Roots Organic. Just for reference, I have not had any problems with bugs with this soil.

Been a little busy laying the bricks that last few weeks. Anyway, it’s been 4 1/2 weeks from germ. Had a few problems with watering. I was just watering a few cups at a time and hit the dreaded Lock out. Did a flush on 3 of the girls 3 days ago. 2 WW and a GL. Kicked my ph up to 6.7 for them. Today I hit them with Rapid Start and Cal mag. I’m going to water the rest today with both nutes. I’m going with a gal each and I get some run off. When I watering them before I got zero run off. My first learn on that. Think next grow I’ll do two re-plants. Germ, little pot, then big pot to keep the watering with Roots Organinc soil in check.
Only one question. When do you figure veg stage starts from seed? I’m thinking I’m at the start of the second week hence, going to hit them with Rapid Start, Cal Mag, floralicious plus, and floranova grow.

SK is thick…also I took my 1000w out and put a big t5 in. Thought I was being overkill and frying them while they were little.

Welcome back. It’ starts around when they have 5 to 6 true sets of leafs.

Almost two months from seed. Keeping temp at 72 and brought ph up to 6.0
Made another purchase… Lol bought one of those RO water things. The girls seem to like it. Going to top them sometime this week and see what happens. The GL for some reason will just not gain weight like all the others. The SK and WW are thick.

I finished my flowering room last week. I went 13 x 13 x 8 1/2. I was going for 9ft but had to seal it up good so I lost half a foot.
I went with 2 og 1000w on each side.
Lucky me got a donation of 3 plants yesterday to fine tune temp and humidity.
I also put 1 SK and 1 WW in just to see what would happen.
