P and K?? I’m new to super soil and indoor growing.
Any suggestions on a composite tea??
Phosphorous and Potassium. Flowering stage is when the plant is taking mostly all P and K. Very little Nitrogen during flower is needed.
Far as Compost Teas, just take some good compost and put it in a mesh bag and aerate it in water for minimum 24 hours. Add a little back strap molasses the last few hours so that mixes in to help the microbes.
Check out the forum, there are tons of people doing living soil and many awesome recipes. Just search for whatever and you’ll find everything you need.

Follow for sure. There’s all the info you could ever need on this forum!!! Everyone finds their own way of growing so find the way that works best for your situation and environment and go from there.
There are a lot of ways of adding P and K. You can buy Flowering composts such as Build-a-Soil Build a Flower and stuff like that. Or you can use other methods to add what you need. Banana Teas can be used to add Phosphorous and Potassium. As well as Bone Meal and other things for Phosphorous. Lots of info on the Organic Mosh thread!!!

Appreciate the reply on The matter i was hoping someone maybe had a specific top dressing they already have used to refer me too but like @T-ray suggested I am leaning towards the Roadside Organics line of products i dont like the idea of having organics shipped to me i live in the middle of the us in Missouri i feel like they could be less effective than intended due to excessive shelf time in warehouse or delayed shipping etc.
I’ll be watching growmie. I’m using it here in a few weeks myself
