My plant has had a sudden change in health over the last 3 days almost like it was suddenly poisoned. It’s 3 weeks into flowering and the leaves changed colour from the bottom up going patchy then curling upward and crisping then dying.

Auto AK strain.
Grown in perlite soil.
8litre breathable pot.
Ph constantly tested between 6.3 and 6.8. Run off slightly lower.
In veg stage used Formulex nite solution from grow supply shop in uk. Used only half suggested amounts. Switched to Big bud two weeks ago also on half quantity.
Small grow tent 600x600 x 1400.
Started in veg with full spec led but when flowers appeared fitted Mars hydro ts1000.
Day temp 22-26
Night temp 18-22
Humidity now in flowering down below 40
Vent fan drawing in fresh air from house and extract into loft space where tent is situated.
Ram fan blower on constant.
Dehumidifier in tent with 2x 40watt heaters controlled by smart app to maintain temp.
No co2.

If your runoff is lower then 6.3ph then your locking out nutrient availability to the plant. Course of action would be to flush the soil until your ph runoff is coming out at 6.5.

Just tested after flushing day before yesterday and now is reading 6.5 ish. Should I feed it again or even re pot?

Definitely dont repot it. It will stunt the plant. What was the ppm reading in your runoff?

Good question. I have only just learned that I needed a ppm tester. Noob you see. What is it, where do I get one and how much is it and how useful is it?

You can grab one on amazon for 10 or 15 bucks. It’s a TDS meter and you use it to see the ppm(parts per million) in your medium. You use this to watch your plants metabolism essentially. It’s a good meter to have…especially if your in hot soils such as ffof. It will tell you when the soil nutrients have depleted and when you can start feeding.

Added to list. No doubt I’ll be back with more q’s. Cheers bud.

Ppm absolutely necessary

Are you using Tap water or reverse osmosis water? Agree that it looks like calcium deficiency or like others said if your runoff is below 6 that could be it.

I used HM TD EZ meter

Calcium deficiency. Adding calmag to feeds is the quickest route. Xtreme gardening has a foliar calcium spray. Could also add dolomite lime to the soil, but that takes a while to work.

I think the others are correct. I’m guessing this is the reason plant was flushed and data would have been there. A good reset now should move in the right direction.
