5 gallon water jugs work good for my uncles outdoors plants.

Thanks for the pic! I originally wanted to put the filter on the outside of my tent, too, so your graphic is great. Even the box showing the humidifier outside your tent is super helpful. Moving my filter/fan to the top of my tent involved a lot of gymnastics and swearingā¦ and then the fan fell on top of my worst plant (so no harm doneā¦ LOL) so I donāt really trust it up there because my tent is so small. It is secured well now but better safe than crushed plants! Every tip helps. I have never grown any plant, much less weed. I thought āItās just weed, how hard can it be?ā Wow. Apparently I am that dude. I am learning fast but I will hold off planting any more seeds til after the holidays but I will try again while hoping I can revive what I started. New questionā¦ if I had a failed plant from early on, may I reuse the soil or do I need to start fresh?

Let me scroll up and read whatās going on. Welcome!
First, Iād hang the filter and fan as high as possible like @Audiofreak suggested, to remove as much heat as possible. All the fresh, humid air youāre bringing in from around the tent is getting sucked out, and the hot, dry air from near the lights is being pulled down toward the plants. You want the opposite to happen, humid fresh air in down low, fans pulling/blowing air upward toward the lights, both to help cool them and push heat away from the plants. If you get a humidifier like @seeddog suggested, put it in the room the tent is in, near the tent. If you put it in the tent, your exhaust will work against you. Shoot for a slight negative pressure inside your tent, so it wants to pull humidity in more than push it out. Itās hard to judge the size of them, but if you can get a clear plastic bottle over them for a humidity dome, that will definitely help in the seedling stage. With autos especially, you want to be very gentle with seedlings and young plants, pamper them sort of. The happier you keep them, the quicker theyāll grow before they decide to flower, giving you more yield.

Try to target vpd in veg at 1.2
Flower vpd 1.0
Led lights temp can run as high as 85f without issues, but your vpd is what you care about because that ultimately dictates nutrient uptake thru transpiration via the stomata.

I noticed the carbon filter wasnāt hooked up , If you havenāt already Iād pull the filter out completely until you need it. ( mine donāt start getting stinky till late veg). The humidity causes issues with carbon filters and no point in shortening its life if you donāt have to.
Iām pretty sure thatās @Audiofreak whoās filter isnāt attached but I agree itās not good to just leave in the humid air for nothing.
@repins12 try to keep as much as you can out of the room your tents are in also. The air inside the room your tents are in will be the air that affects the interior of your tents the most.
If at all possible keep controllers and most plugs outside the room.
Lol youāre right . I need to pay more attention 
Iāve ruined a couple filters letting my humidity run about 70% cause during lights out it would rise much higher. Now I donāt ever get near that 70 mark just to play it safe. Dang things are too expensive. Iāve tried a few different kinds too but my buddy ran VivoSun for way over a year, so Iām not sure people need to buy more expensive brands. Most only last me around 4-6 months
