Three branches completely severed from the plant. I’m going to remove the fan leaves and hang them up to dry. Don’t think I need to do a bud wash as the rain was heavy and caused the problem. Correct me if I’m wrong. Also, any tips on how to proceed would be appreciated.
don’t “like” that as in what happened, just that you tagged me. i don’t remember, do you have ANY sort of indoor setup (lights, fans, etc)? If so, have you considered coming up a couple inches from the severs and 45° cutting the stem and rooting them as clones? no reason you can’t unless you just don’t have the means to take them in to do that. hate to see you lose them otherwise before maturity. could probably finish out outside also as clones this season since they’re so far along but not quite mature
if it’s ANY consolation (i can’t believe i’m admitting this, lol), i had cut a low “sucker branch” off Zoey Zkittlez before taking her and Sally downstairs to the flowering light while up on the Juliette balcony doing some trimming. That was like 4 days ago now (Sunday ). Night before last, i noticed it still laying on the bannister railing and was like OHH MAN!!! and went ahead and put it in the raised planter box just so it was IN some soil and moisture. I cannot believe it is still alive but as of this morning it seems to have actually perked up some more, lol. It went like 36hrs or something, exposed to air and just laying out on a rail, lol
edit* of course it got dipped in neighbor’s honey, lol. i give it the credit again, certainly wasn’t MY “expert care” LOL
Removed the fan leaves and hung the branches. Aimed a fan at them all day to dry them out from the rain. Hung them in my closet. My entire house smells like weed. Does anything mask that scent?
I did that with 6 clones. Left them on a heat mat, under my 125w cfl seedling light for over a week . They were dust when I finally remembered about them
