Small Commercial Grow - Lets talk

What’s up everyone,

Figured I’d finally re-introduce myself instead of just lurking. My name’s Hayden and I’m a home grower turned Director of Cultivation/Head Grower for a small commercial cannabis facility. I’ve been heavily focused on dialing in high-performance indoor cultivation using Athena Pro Line, Fohse LEDs, crop steering techniques, environmental control, and pushing plant quality/yield as far as possible within a regulated commercial setting.

Our operation runs a perpetual-style workflow with dedicated flower, veg, and mother spaces, and I spend most of my time fine-tuning irrigation strategy, lighting spectrum, CO₂/VPD control, drybacks, and post-harvest quality. I’m especially interested in maximizing terpene expression, resin production, and consistency from run to run.

Outside of the commercial side, I genuinely just love the plant and the science behind it. I’m always experimenting, learning, and looking for better ways to grow cleaner, healthier, higher-quality cannabis.

Looking forward to connecting with other growers here, sharing knowledge, comparing techniques, and seeing what everyone else is working on. Appreciate having a community where people can really talk growing at a deeper level.

I’ve posted a few photos from recent grows but we run a perpetual system so there will be plenty to share!

Much love everyone.

That is quite an impressive operation.

Looks great! My dream would be to do this for living too.

Looking forward to any insights you will want to share with us!

Thank you! I’ve put a lot of time and effort into it.

Honestly, go for it! I’m blessed and thankful every day to do something I love.

I don’t have all the answers, by no means, but I’ll always try to help anyone who needs it. If you have questions, please ask anytime.

Clones are by far my favorite part of the grow cycle the two photos are 7 days apart.
