I typically do the damp paper towel method using PH’d water (not sure if it makes a difference). I dampen a paper towel on a small plate, put a seed in the middle, then add another damp paper towel over the seed. Then flip another small plate upside down, like a clamshell, on top of the other plate. I use a cheap spray bottle to keep the towels moist. 2-3 days later you should have tails.
the forums do not have anything to do with the retail side. Reach out to customer service. Let me tag in a mod to get you pointed in the right direction.

they sit in distilled water for two weeks would yuo like them back and try to get them to sprout sorry but i work hard for my money i cant be giving it away for nothing
There is a link in the comment above yours on how to contact someone about your seeds. No one on the forum can give you satisfaction, but the contact info can.
Hey @jperry hate to hear that about your seeds. In the future, 24 hours Is long enough to soak the seeds in water then move on to Paper towel method or place seeds into soil.

Ever since i starting using plugs i feel like its my goto for starting seeds and clone off. But thats just me.
Add a teaspoon of 3% peroxide which will help soften the husk and adds O to the water. Distilled water only.
i surely will find another seed bank because you guys are crooks my friends also good luck stealing peoples money they worked hard for
Lol if yu listened and read yu most likely could get ur seeds replaced. Yu can go to another seed bank and get the same outcome! But those other seed banks won’t replace what dnt germinate! Happy grows!

ILGM has a 100% germination guarantee. Reach out to customer service and advise them of you issue. The forums have NOTHING to do with the retail side. Plenty of kind folks have tried to give you advice on their successful germination methods, but all you do is continue to bash ILGM? Have you emailed them? If you emailed them today (Friday) , give them the courtesy to reach out to you Monday. We all work hard for our money. Ive only had one issue with ILGM over my years of growing and that was in the very beginning. No questions asked, they replaced my seeds. Since then, ive purchased and grown ALOT of ILGMs seeds.
It doesnt matter which seed bank you purchase from, seeds are seeds. Its Mother Nature, and even Mother Nature isnt perfect 100% of the time. Give ILGM a chance to respond back and replace your seeds.
When they do, here is my germination method.
Mix
3 parts water
1 part hydrogen peroxide into a shot glass. Place your seed into the solution and set the shotglass somewhere warm, a cable box or top of the fridge is a good spot.
After 12 to 24 hours of soaking, taproot or not, plant seeds 1/4 inch deep into your medium of choice. Im strictly organic and use Coast of Maine Stonington Blend and their dry amendments along with teas. I have a 99.9% seed to harvest rate.
Come back after ILGM replaces your seeds and tag me. Ill get ya growin… @jperry

Firstly, I’d like to say ILGM has a 100% germination guarentee. Meaning, if your seeds don’t pop, they’ll replace them or give credit. They are the #1 online seedbank across the web. I have had 2 orders replaced. No questions asked other than a rough breakdown of how I germinated. Which leads me to point #2…
2 weeks is entirely too long to soak them in water. You’re seeds are drowning. This is a user default. Not a seed issue. 48hrs is even on the long side to soak your seeds. Others have given you solid advice on germination methods that work. If you don’t want to follow advice, and are here only bash and call all of us “crooks”, then sticking with another seedbank and forum is probably for the better.

I believe someone posted a like to make a claim with ILGM. If you answer a few simple questions they will make things right for you.
Tho that being said maybe you would fare better someplace else.
