Seedlings 🌱, how to keep from stretching

Seedlings popped up about 6 days ago. They are 2” and 3” tall. How do I keep them from stretching? Took clear domes off yesterday and they are exposed to 110 PAR. Today I bumped it to PAR 165. I was told to move slowly on light intensity to avoid burning and stunting. Just trying to find out if I’m on the right track. I really don’t want to blow it this time.

If you can find your lights and lower them to approx 18" above them, that should be a good start to stop stretching Also, are you poss over watering? Just a thought… Best of luck with your grow!!

Around 200 par is good for seedlings. They don’t look horribly stretched. I personally like my seedlings to stretch just a bit, like yours. It keeps the leaves out of the soil.

I’ll lower them currently at 20”. Don’t believe I’m overwatering. They get a light misting and about a tablespoon of water every couple days if medium feels dry. Actually a misting every day.
