Seedling is all sorts of screwed up, should I save or scrap?

She’s has a rough go for a while, and the signs aren’t looking good. She used to be healthy, but my girlfriend accidentally broke her in half adjusting the lights, and for a while she showed good signs and was still growing for a couple of days, but now she’s wilting, has a dark, purple stem, and her new leaves are turning a weird brown from the inside out. Any idea on what could be wrong with her, what I could do, and if I should just call my losses and scrap her? She is in a small planter, but she is by no means root bound. She’s just very stunted.

As a side note: she’s 20 days old, and was broken April 6th (8 days ago)

She looks good considering the accident but thirsty. Seedlings require very little water and will absorb what they need for the 1st two weeks through their leaves from the moisture in the air. Take a clear solo cup mist the inside and cover the seedling removing daily for fresh air and re-misting. Keep the temps around 78-82. Water a ring around the outside of the dome(clear solo cup) to promote root growth. Completely remove the dome around week 2 or if the leaves are touching the dome and transplant to the forever home :love_you_gesture: make sure the cup she’s in has drain holes cut in the bottom, very easy to drown the tiny tap root. I use this large seed germination dome if you have one but not necessary

Thanks for the info, that’s exactly what I’ll do

Definitely save… the runts many times turn out to be the strongest adults
