I have 3 norther lights autos here in happy frog and distilled water. Waiting for correct grow tent to come in mail I had a sizing issue. Getting a 63x32x32 for these.
The seeds were a year or so old one didn’t open from a four pack.
2 are doing okay ish and 1 is growling well but its first leaves are turning up after a hot day yesterday.
This is my third time having failed seedlings. I have a humidity dome to help but the leaves seemed to be getting too wet. Please help!
Here are pics of the 3 seedlings.

I can’t help much but I can tell you that the most frequent cause of seedling failure is over watering.
It seems that everyone has their own technique. I pre-wet the soil before putting the sprouted seed in. I then put a dome on. Most of the time they don’t any water until they have been out of the soil for a week or more.
I never mist my plants.

Thank you, I’m aware mine look a little too moist. I took the dome off and tried to dry em off a bit. I will not be misting or getting it wet at all now. I had a peep at some other people’s seedlings and mine look like ass compared haha! Once I have the grow tent it will be a more controlled environment.

Mine always appear to be too moist when I first put the seeds in because I make the soil really wet before planting. I let them dry out by evaporation initially. When the seedlings start consuming water via their roots is when the soil really starts to look normal.
I resist the urge to water until the surface is dry down about 1/2". I then water heavily and repeat.
Many water more frequently but lesser amounts.

I would leave the soil completely dry until the dome is removed.

Okay how am I doing they seem to be having humidity trouble I’ve been using Q tip to remove droplets from leaves. I need a better draining mix and a grow tent with air flow it’s coming in the mail ….but right now this is all I have a clip LED grow light it seems like they were getting light burnt so distanced it and am only using one light now. I’m kinda worried for my little guys the perlite is turning green as well! The soil seems to be way too saturated. Also the biggest seedling looked amazing this morning and then started leaning one direction . I’m trying to aim the light the other way to redirect it. Any more advice for me?

If you have a small fan lightly blowing in their direction, and heat mat, you might try to put a little (80-82 degrees) under them.

They look good. They don’t need much light for next week. Leave the dome off and spray with bottle. Water them with bout 10 ml,s once a day close to stalk. Should be fine in a week

Watch out for moisture in the tents. That’s why I like open grows. 1 fan dies and you don’t notice for a day. Wrecked.

Thank you! I will be lessening their light.
Bad news last night I had a nice airflow spot for them and a mushroom popped up on one…. I already scooped that dirt out and removed it but, I’m thinking my apartment is not ideal, been very humid and hot and cold off and on in ATX here.
I have a diluted hydrogen peroxide water to keep mold down but was not expecting this….
Looks like the soil is too wet I would let it dry up for a while before I watered again. Seedlings should be pulling most of their moisture from the air while they establish their roots. When the soil is too wet oxygen can’t get in there and the roots won’t do so well.
