Hello, I have a seedling 2 or 3 weeks old, I’m on a budget and unsure what nutrients to give her as I’ve never grown before. I have Miracle gro (All purpose) will that be any good ? Can’t get Bergman’s fertilizer as live in the UK so have to use something else. Also I want to grow out side but weather is not good rite now only 54f ! So I have her under a weak LED 24 hours a day until I can get her back out side. Growth seems slow but is forming 4 true leaves and couple more coming through so is making slow progress!!! Is still in baby pot as can’t yet see roots at the bottom. Can anyone please give me some advice or ideas. Thanks

Miracle Grow is bad for cannabis plants. Every time you water the plant is going to get hit hard with the nitrogen release. All the way to the end and it will cause a lot of heartache as the plant to grow.
I don’t know what soils you can get over The Pond. Fox Farm Happy Frog and Pro Mix are both good for cannabis plants.

Thanks for your advice, it’s lucky I haven’t used the mirical gro yet !Will give it to my woman for her cucumbers and cabbages! Anyway will look up the soil you mentioned, well appreciated.

Hi my friend, yes I am happy to help, I mix my own soil mix with worm humus , coco and perlite and I was using the flower flower range of nutrients that you can get from the Robert Bergman site but they are not shipping to the uk with the pandemic so I am using the canna range that you can get from amazon, you should use rhizotonic at the start for 2 weeks then get the bloom while it’s in veg and I use the pk 13/14 and onto the boost when you go into flower,the boost is a bit expensive but worth it for quality and size of buds , just check out any of my grow threads and ask anything any time

Oh also I’d recommend getting a grow tent,much better idea for the uk

Hello Daz, thanks for your time and advice. I will look into the products that you mentioned. Yeah wish I could get a grow tent but no place to put it right now so gonna have to rely on our unpredictable UK weather 
!!! I do have a fresh bag of Perlite so will maybe look into Coco and other bits you mentioned. Will keep you all posted on progress. Thanks again and appreciate the offer for advice. Be lucky mate im loving this Forum!

No worries brother, I get my seeds from the Robert Bergman site to and I agree this is the best site around, I have been here for over 3 years since my very first grow and everyone is so helpful,it’s a great community,I wouldn’t risk growing outside with the uk weather and you can get grow tents to suit all sizes so could be worth a look even if you have limited room,before I started growing cannabis I had no experience growing anything ever

. Hello @Alex4buds welcome aboard. You will love it here the team are fantastic and very knowledgeable. I use Canna soil and Bionova nutes with the 13/14 pk. I also use bud booster as well 0.30.50 which I get from my local hydroponic shop. I was chatting to @James68 who is also in Wales. He was saying that he can’t get seeds from Bergmans as they’ve stopped shipping to the UK. I’m in Edinburgh btw. I’ve tagged him so he will be here shortly. All my compost etc come from my local hydroponic shop so worth while finding one near you. Have a look on Gumtree for grow tents etc, some cracking bargains to be had for kit. I’ve just messaged a friend of mine who was a semi professional grower. He’s in Wales, can’t remember where, he might be able to help out

You can try biobizz line, it’s organic and you can’t go wrong to much 
and a mini try-pack it’s good for 1-2 plants.

I tried the biobizz and it fell way short of Bio Novo soil super mix. I use Canna PK13/14 and bud booster 0.30.50 now. @Alex4buds my buddy stays near Swansea and should be able to help out if needs be, no idea if that’s near you or not

Get your plant in a big pot as quick as you can but make sure that the soil/compost is at room temp before you transplant it to prevent shock.
Canna products do the trick but can cost a bit, but best to put a wee bit less in than they recommend.
and Amazon drop it off at the door.
Read the above GUIDES for the good word .
Nettle Soup is free to make and ganga loves it…butterflies lay their eggs underneath the leaves so check them first…also they sting like shit so wear gloves if you make the smelly soup.
