I’ll admit I suck at getting plants started. I don’t file a claim if the plant dies just if the seed doesn’t pop open. ILGM has always been generous with their credits don’t get me wrong. I understand ILGM has to monitor warranty claims for this type of venue.
It’s just seems like it is not worth going thru.
When i first started growing with ILGM genetics, the only time i filed a claim was for a pack of Zskittlez that refused to germ or sprout. If i get 3 to germ and sprout, i call that a fair deal plus if 2 dont, plus i can take clones. Im paying for genetics and i feel like with 3 im getting what i paid for. Out of all the orders ive placed with ILGM ive had a 90% germ rate.
I don’t email them every time. I waited til i ran out of a 10pk which 3 didn’t germ, then emailed them. Didn’t even have a back and forth exchange, just a response from them saying a 5pk was on the way.
I just switch to feminized for the cloning factor. 100% auto flowers in the past.
I do the same. Claimed 2 seeds out of last purchase of 40.
Honwstly, i didn’t expect it since it was like 18mo’s from purchase. At least a “how did you germ?” reply. Nope. Just, “5pk on the way!” And a good luck. Thought it was pretty cool.
