Roll call.. Where's everybody from?

That is solid advice! I have no intention of pushing or breaking the law. At a 2 lbs limit, I can have plenty of weed and remain on this side of a minimum-security prison fence!!!

LOL …

We can have eight plants per household — no more than four flowering at a time. We can have 2 lbs in our homes. We are able to give it away to friends and family.

Life is good.

I in a rural area on 3 acres. Can’t see my neighbors. Not a hole more like a miniature plain, LOL, as all the trees were cleared for the build.

We left the oppressed state of NY in 2014.I had 40 acres and no neighbors.it was awesome but NY tax was too much.My one and only child graduated college and went off to start his life.
We were in a very small town.38 kids in my son’s high school class.
We threw a dart at the map and ended moving to TR. We truly love the south.
My son left the one light town and now lives on South Beach in Miami .He’s doing very well and that makes us very happy.Ill be retired 15yrs come May 1st,so my week is 6 Saturday’s and one Sunday. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

We gave up trying “Good Italian restaurants” Back to making our own at home. Found 2 pizza places, one transplant from Queens and one from Chicago but he makes a nice thin crust Neapolitan style pie. Shit bagels everywhere. Learned to make NY style bagels at home.

Not legally able grow where I’m at. Drives me crazy I can drive 30-45 minutes and be in two different states where it’s legal. Sucks

Do other states have a one-legged stripper legend, or just Michigan?

Might be before your time (mid-80’s) but there used to be Mitsy (mitzy??) Dupuis, Queen of the Ping Pong Balls (RIP)! :ping_pong: She could shoot those things about 30 or so feet! Seen her blow out a lit matchbook, she could mimic several languages/accents, quite the show! They said if softballs were made of the same material as ping pong balls…

I think the wife made me toss the autographed ball I had

We can grow 4 plants at once, have only 1 oz on our person, undefined amount at home, not grow or smoke within view of a public road and can give away only 1 oz at a time.

It is great to know you can grow and always stay well within the law.

You can transport your 1 oz but it has to be locked up in your trunk and labeled cannabis for personal use.

We technically have to also label our plants with our name, SSN or drivers license, etc. I have no trouble being in full compliance

Im in Va too.
Thanks for posting that. I didnt know alot of details about the law.

Here are a few more VA laws in case you are interested.

Outdoor plants must be inaccessible to children. Like behind a locked gate or on a second story deck with no stairs down.

You cannot receive ANY type of “payback” or favor for giving away cannabis to a fried…like someone wanting to mow your yard for you in thanks. Can’t do that.

The four plant rule is per household, not per person.

You cannot make gummies or possess gummies or extracts.

Funny, but there is actually no legal way yet to buy seeds. They have to be given to you. That one gets violated regularly.

Kinda sucks that you can not legally have or make gummies or extracts…But you can GROW…happry growing :bat:
