Last weekend I harvest my first real attempt at growing - a single plant from a bag seed of unknown strain. She had a beautiful odor and super sticky 
I decided to try regenerating her but noticed a crack in her stem tonight. Do you think that is a good sign or a bad one?
I rinsed her roots and replanted in fresh coco. Was rinsing a bad idea?
I’m not counting on her growing again but will be tickled pink if she does.
There is a way to have your plant live on after harvest but it requires leaving some leaves and stems and then revegging it.
With no leafy material to collect light and conduct photosynthesis I’m sorry to say that it will not regrow.
It was worth a shot.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. I learned something so it’s not a complete loss

I would keep on watering it a little bit and keep it for a couple of weeks. You might get some growth out of those node junctions. Doesn’t hurt to wait. I’ve seen photos were they cut them that short and they grew back.
People usually leave the bottom third of the plant and cut the growing tips on the remaining branches. Then new growth comes from any nodes along the branches.
Not much to loose… I’ll feed her for a short bit
