Hi just a quick one does everyone think this plant is ready to be transplanted and ready to be put on 12/12 or shall I continue with 24hr of light thanks in advance

I would definitely go ahead and transplant. Let it grow a little more before going to 12/12.
waaay over due for a transplant…at least 3 gallon…5 better
