RE-Veging a continous grow garden

I 100% agree. It’s a sentence to house arrest. :oncoming_police_car:

After our trip East for the rest of OCT, I get to start a new grow.

Guess first will be instrument calibration (after battery purge and replacements).

Second will be prepare the soils…

Dilemma, with a month to worry about.

Boy, you can say that again! Two years ago year, I was traveling M-F 3 weeks a month! Hubs was taking care of them but he didn’t know what to look for and one of my females turned out to be a full on male! I walked into the garden and saw it immediately but the damage was done. I felt bad because I know a few people on top of our hill that grow… one grows outdoors but he never mentioned anything so neither did I LOL… I had them tested at Farmer Freeman too… I still think, I pulled the wrong plant - had 8 tested and got 2 males… so one of the two I pulled, somehow got mixed up or their testing wasn’t correct.

Rained all night.
They say rain all day.
So do I need to wash the todays harvested weed?
More things to ponder and contemplate.

Just read this statement and copied for forum.

Seedlings susceptible to stem rot, easily (Damp-off?)
Damping off (or damping-off) is a horticultural disease or condition , caused by several different pathogens that kill or weaken seeds or seedlings before or after they germinate. It is most prevalent in wet and cool conditions.

Before or after germination, operative phrase.
Answering my own question would be to harvest before rot.
Throw away any rot
And H2O2 use during germination.

Works for me.

The answer is yes… actually rain will only allow more dirt to land and stick on your plants. Always do a bud wash… even indoor crops.

Snapped a pic of this one today that I went and visited … thoughts ? Lots of dead leaves
@Lostgirl

Those are dead sugar leaves. Normally an indication of lack of nutrients or excessive heat

Thank ya !! Def had some excessive heat and finally got some more nuts on them. The others in different location didn’t have this problem

Think there is any hope for that plant ?

I don’t really know the history. I remember you had a big bug problem or something maybe it was you. Unfortunately, I bounce from post to post so much I don’t know what’s what unless I was recently involved. I apologize.

Just looking at the picture I can tell it’s lacking something or in the last stages of life. I know the outdoor season is coming to an end very soon depending upon where you are in the world.

If there’s no bud rot then you’re only issue is the brown leaves that have died then sure there’s plenty of Hope. As long as it’s standing and there’s green in it there’s hope.

Yes I’m definitely the one with the bug problem… best I can figure about 8th or 9 week of flower … should I hit it with more nuts or just trim out the bad … recently used some topical nuts for the second time my apple fritters all doing well and not having that problem those are the Girl Scout cookie extreme.

And I’m in northeast Oklahoma …been kinda warm

Okay you’re in the Midwest see you still have a little warm time for her to finish.

If you have a current bug issue I would certainly be taken care of that if you’re going to salvage her.

If you have a bud rot issue you need to determine the severity of it and make the decision if its salvageable.

If you’re only problem is bugs and there’s no bud rot then I would continue to give it nutes until it reaches its maturity.

I don’t know how much time you have on your hands but I will tell you this. Them sugar leaves that are all dried up and brown are going to make your weed very unpresentable at trimming and after. I’ve had that issue with sugar leaves drying up and dying and I took the time with a pair of tweezers and pulled them all out to give the bud better appearance. (Lots of work and up to you)

Last but not least, if you’ve been dealing with bud rot, pest for a while and none of it’s under control you might want to consider cutting your losses and chalking it up as a learning experience.

It’s a lot to think about…

I think you summed that up very well ! You’ve been awesome this whole journey ! Have several apple fritters left and will be focusing on those. Think I have the bug issue under control. Working on it!! Appreciate the help so much !!

Yep, dead plant matter still attached to the plant. I pull all dead leaves I can find, if I don’t, that’s usually where bud rot will start. Necrosis is a biotch!

Agree, totally!

When I see dead leaves like that, I always investigate further to make sure it isn’t botrytis… bud rot.

They’re saying we might get our first freeze tomorrow, that’s earlier than usual but temps will warm back up again with only one night possibly with frost. How do you think that one frost will affect them? I know you get hit with cooler temps up your way thought I’d get your opinion.

Anyway of determining that it’s that serious ?
