With the tapioca maltodextrin?
I’m just going off the links I shared in the Cannabis Powder thread. This is a brand new thing to me, too. I am very excited to try it. I bought some straws to make pixie stix with the powder. 
Is that what it’s being mixed with? I did see one using maltodextrin, have you ever tried?

Just made my third QWET tincture. It has worked well as medicine for my wife as she is going through chemo radiation treatments. Has taken It almost everyday for the past 2 months. Make image|375x500
tincture with mct few drops good vodka. Great with chamomile tea at night. Sleeps well

I have tried quick wash and noticed the trichomes are still intact. Are thtrichomes supposed to dissolve?
You won’t get it all. Cold temps help get more out without the green taste. Save your material and extract it again. I save mine and do longer soaks when times are tough I process it to rso and it still gets me f up. 3 times is about the limit.

No, the oil in the trichs dissolves, not the husks.
Definitely do a second and third wash.

That pic I shared was from a trim RSO wash that I really handled rough. It made 6 grams of RSO and 60ml of tincture (5ml per serving as a drink additive).

Almost night and day between the two. I did mine how we discussed and ones honey and the other almost has a red tint to it with no light penetration.

One more filtering tonight and I’ll be done with it. Makes 3rd and 3 days in the freezer. Lightens up with ever pass

Looks like my 3rd batch is going to be the best yet. 15 mil reduced tincture. Nice coat of oil on the dish. Should make some good medicine.

@blackthumbbetty that mat is an absolute must. Got almost everything off. Little over 1.5g … now if I want to make this into an edible that calls for cannabutter. (Fruity pebbles / coco pebbles rice crispy treats) how would I proceed?

You can mix the oil into the amount of butter the recipe calls for, just mix it into the butter very well.

Here’s the last batch I made 8 days ago wrapped it up an forgot about it. I have been making tincture with it. Haven’t tried smoking until today. Went down to the local heat shop asked in code how do smoke a oily substance. You can’t say weed or he risks breaking the law. He sold me a nail. Got my torch out. I think I be making more real soon.
