Please Advice Flush my Coco or not ? Seems Iron Deficiency and PH is at 5,6 Lower Treshold for Coco

I’ve just noticed those yellowing leaf tips on new growth on the right plant.
PH has dropped to 5,65 and I’m having TDS PPM of This plant Runoff 1 Day ago at 1435 and EC 2320.

This plant also slacks behind the left plant if it comes to vertical growth.
They’ve been just LST ed and no Pruning Topping or anything else hence its AUTOS.

I’ve read an article on ILGM about Iron Deficiency being soo common in Coco-Coir grows.

Now my Plant is 1 week into flowering Should I Flush with 6.0 water?

I can’t feed it R/O as I don’t have R/O system at home.

Looks like nutrient burn. They’ll be okay. Just back off the nutrients a little.

Make sure you are feeding cal-Mag, as that’s what usually lacking in coco.

Not iron. Iron will start at the base of the upper leaves and work its way out. Here’s an iron deficiency that I had

Thanks for advice guys, It really doesn’t look like it is Iron indeed thanks for that Picture. It helped to clarify it for me.
I’ll back off nutes and just feed it 6,3 PH Water with Cal-Mag for a few days and monitor ph and runoffs.

@Covertgrower

I’ve just fed them with Cal-Mag and Water at 6,2 PH

PPM Yesterday 1435 PPM Today 1750
EC Yesterday 2320 EC Today 2714
PH Yesterday 5.65 PH Today 5.70

I think I will Flush them Tomorrow from all Residual Nutes and Add Nutes Next feed. Hopefully this will correct those levels and fix nute burn. on smaller plant.

Meanwhile Taller plant is whole lot different.

PPM Yesterday 1160 PPM Today 1082
EC Yesterday 2320 EC Today 2164
PH Yesterday 5,77 PH Today 5,58

Don’t get it 2 plants responding differently to the EXAXTLY same Feed they got :astonished:

Yep. Everyone eats differently.

WHEN YOU TALK ABOUT PPM (new to this) when i add water with nukes and take a ppm reading just say 550 and the run off is higher, is that when i flush with water 6.5 ph. TO BRING THEM DOWN what are the numbers that i should strive for growing in co co and perlite thanks RAY

NOT SURE WHAT e c is THANKS RAY

Hey I am literally on my first ever grow and just monitoring those values and writing them down on a piece of paper.
Only thing I can make out it is if there is a difference in numbers this supposed to be a good thing cause I guess the plants are eating your feed.
EC is Electric Conductivity is just another way of checking if your PPM pen readout is accurate.
I have a Pen with EC and PPM values as well as water temperature.

For Coco-Coir You really should ask more experienced grower than me I don’t have even 1 grow complete from start to finish yet though nearly finishing up.
I Suggest @Myfriendis410 answer this questions for you probably he will be able to tell you exactly what your readouts mean for your plants.

thanks, good luck with your grow . its a learning curve. RAY
