I don’t believe you’re ready, but some of your buds look like they may have potential rot. Open the circled areas up really well and see if they are brown inside…

Also, this bud is a polyploid. Multiple flowers from on spot. Pretty cool mutation. But, also, looks suspicious of mold/rot…

Looks like rot, and if it is you’ll need to cut off the bud and dispose. Don’t smoke it.

You can try cutting off the effected area it looks like the top the bud I had a couple like that I cut off the top third of the bud been checking every day so far so good
