Where is the mold? @gleer888

Actually what you have looks like bud rot. There are a bunch of topics already on here about that. It is prevalant right now.

Look at your trichomes and see where they are and make a decision. I would highly recommend you carefully cut out the rot and bag it and dispose of it. Wash your hands and equipment carefully. You may find that you also have a caterpillar infestation.

If you post one pic per post we can use the site zoom to take a closer look.

I have pulled off and disposed of anything that I was sure was mold. Obviously I am new at this and totally frustrated cuz I thought I was doing everything right. And my pictures dont look like the plant. You cant see the little brown/orange hairs - they are short.

@gleer888 you are growing outdoors. Humid air and not enough breeze and bud rot can flourish. Both are out of your control. Check for caterpillars though, just in case as many have had an invader that caused the rot.

You need to look at the trichomes to determine how close they are to harvest. You will need a magnifier or jewelers loupe to see them. If you can get a clear close-up pic of the buds we might be able to see them using the zoom on the site, but you will need to get in pretty close for the pic.

Yes I am growing outdoors and all was going just fine till we had 2 days of rain. But I spread the plants and we have strong winds so I thought they would dry out. Also cut off lots of large leaves. Have found 2 little fuzzy white balls and thought they might be some type of cocoon but found no more. I will try to get a better picture tomorrow after daylight.

Sounds good. Be sure to tag me by putting a @ in front of my username so I know you responded. @gleer888

I tried to look as close as I could with my reading glasses on :joy::joy::joy::joy::joy:
If I would start having issues that late into flowering, I would harvest now…
Better half milky than half rotten :wink::wink::wink::wink::wink:

OK, I am not able to get a much better picture on my phone, but from the other pictures I am seeing I think it is time to harvest. I am finding a few spots of bud rot but am pulling that all out when found.
