Outdoor autos, pot size?

I normally grow most of my weed indoors. I like the control and lack of variables. Really nice buds, but also a nice nice electric bill. So I’m going to give a small outdoor grow a run.

I’m ready to try a couple autos outdoors.
Selected a really nice, sunny location in my garden. Plants will be elevated off the ground, about 4’.

I’m on the fence about pot size? I’m a tomato grower, so Ive got soft pots in 5, 7, 10, and 20 gallon.
What size should I use? I’m leaning towards 20, for no other reason than I have a bundle unused, do nothing.

You can do them in a 20 just fine depending on strain.
If you’ve got a stretchy one , the extra root space is good to have. Sativa leaning.
But you can get away with a 10 gal for something that doesn’t stretch as much.

Ten gallon fabric bags will grow em 6 ft, any bigger pots and they are hard to pick up or move.
