Mines over a year old, only changed the two pre-membrane filters and still works good. Just going to buy a new one when its time to change again.

Scotts Super Bloom.
(from OSG’s Super Skunk from ILGM thread)

Hi @garrigan62, I am just about to finish up my FF Tiger Bloom and was wondering if I can just use the Scotts Super Bloom in its place. Or do you recommend using both. A lot of the same ingredients (Scotts actually has higher % of some) but its missing Boron, Copper, Manganes & Zinc that are in Tiger Bloom.
Thank you in advance

Hi @Cyle1 Yep, you do.

There are other Schedules besides these two…

Its a slight can of worms as to when exactly to flush the gals, or even to do so.
I used it sparingly, did not adhere to the letter, seemed excessive to me but?! thats just me.
:beers:

Cool, didn’t know this one. Thanks! :+1:

Hmm wonder why that is? Perhaps just expect you to know? Or just want you to keep using up nutes lol

Sorry Mate, that’s a little tricky and I dont want to steer you in the wrong direction.
Do you have a Grow Journal, if so and w pictures that would prompt better more accurate idea as to when to do so.
My MO is to wing it, in as much as I wont even think about it till the plants are looking kinda krunchy (along w/what you’re aiming for in trichomes, milky/amber and to what %).

Yep I tag you

 Rigth, I’m too lazy Dude. F That! I was watching them girls like a hawk last time, trich shots up the wazzooo and it felt like it took for ever to get to a decent amber which is what I was after. Flushed wayy early, which was a serendipitous though unintended move on my behalf. I aint doing that again, when they’re krunchy I’ll have a closer look till the…Let Em Ride!

@cyle1,

I can give you my experience on this question, please take it as so.

First, I am not sure if FF has a regular schedule flush time, but …

For me,
I only flush when I need to control the PPMs leftover in the soil. To do this, I do a water to run off once a week and check my PPM’s, If they are to much, I will flush to get them back where I need them to be.

If I am feeding them correctly and flowing with what they are eating, then I can go a few weeks before flushing.

So for me, flushing I don’t do on a set schedule. “Maybe this is something I need to do”

Sorry man, my mind is everywhere plus I’m trying to do some “work” to boot :joy:

@Cyle1 This schedule I have looks the same
Are you sure your not maybe just missing the other half if the page? :person_shrugging:

I should add, I didn’t do the drops. I flushed at transition to flower nutes then again late flower prior to starting Cha ching and as needed

Me neither.
I guess that would depend on how your girl/s are doing and what they might need. With FFOF I go pretty light on the nutes so I did not have ppm issues but a few ph hickups. In the end I used some Flawless finish (the lazy mans flush LOL) and wound up doing straight up water for about 5 weeks, which is turn inevitably “flushed them”. a lucky coincidence.
Thanks for elaborating though, this thread is the better for it
