No the water was 68 degrees going in but I live in south Florida so it was hot out. I thought that was strange as well because the water did not feel that warm whatsoever.
I would never do that to my babies haha, it was an issue with the meter
that makes sence. 
Glad I don’t have to deal with south Florida heat…we just have the humidity here in the Midwest. Lol. Well …I take that back, we get some heat here too. Lol.
