I’m on day 16 of my grow after planting my sprout. It is in 2x2 tent my stem is 3¼ inches tall to the leaves. Its top heavy and lays down with lights off . What should I do?

Welcome to the forum.
You’ll need better lighting. Your plant is stretching looking for more light. What are you using for lighting?

Maybe lower your current light to right above?

I lowered the light to 9 inches above the plant. Should the light still be in seedling stage now or vegetation? I have the vivosun fan and light combo in the 18/6 auto recipe setting on the smart Grow controls

I used Happy Frog potting soil and distilled water only so far.

Model number will help or at least listed wattage.

I’m not The Light Guy but I would turn it up 100% and hang it about 16" above the top of the plant. Read the plant in a couple of days(ie post pics)
Is this the only light you have on hand?

What should the humidity level be at? I’m at 41%

yeah I agree does look drenched water her every 3_4 days
I thought it needed at least 60%
I have been keeping the soil moisture meter around 5, placed approximately 3 inches into the dirt.
How much water do you add every 3 to 4 days? I have a 3 gallon plastic flower pot. Thank you!
Thats a useful chart. I’m having RH issues too. Humid climate, straight coco. Trying to keep it hydrated and the tent dry. I need to just get a dehumidifier and put it in the tent. On top of it I’m in a variable climate region. It was 87% today, it’ll be 40% tomorrow.
