Not much to go on in your pic, but if the pistils have turned brown, and the trichomes on the buds are cloudy with a few amber ones, I’d harvest.

there is a chart that explains the harvest times. The thing you have to remember is the sugar leaves will show amber trichomes before the bud does. So you need to be sure you are looking at bud.

She looks in the window to me. It’s important to focus on the actual bud though and try not to get close-ups of the sugar leaves. Sugar leaf trichomes age faster than actual bud trichomes and can give you a false sense of “doneness.” If your bud trichs look like what you pictured, it’s where I personally like mine. If that was a sugar leaf, then you likely have another week or so before the rest catches up to the sugar leaves.
In terms of how to read a trichome - look for the bulbous head that looks like a mushroom cap. The round head of the trich is what matters for maturity and thc content.
Clear looks like glass; cloudy looks like plastic; and amber is… well, amber.
