Ok so seed s planted June 3rd started coming up on the 5th this is where they are now
during the lights in temp is about 85 and humidity 46 when lights off for the 6 hours temp goes to about 72 and humidity 55 . I water near root right before turning lights off and when turn on and mist. No nutrients yet any advice? Do they look Ok? Lights about 4 feet above. @MattyBear @dbrn32 thankyou
They look good from what I can see! I’d water at lights on a few inches away from the stem in a circle. Try to always water closer to lights on and foliar spray at lights out, if you’re into foliar spraying that is 
If foliar spray is misting the leaves then yes I am. So I will just mist at lights out and water when lights on. How much water do u recommend I just pour a little but right around plant in circle once around is that enough? Soil seems really dry when I’m turning lights off. Should o be watering more? Or is that Ok? Thanks!!!
And when should I start nutrients? Sorry just trying to get everything right and u guys are great!!
I’d do it a few times a day, or as you see the soil dry out. 
They look great, I zoomed in on them. You haven’t been overwatering, so that’s a good thing

As soon as the first round leaves yellow up and die, or when she has a few sets of true leaves. Depends on what nutes you’re using and if they’re organic or not
I’m using fox farm. And is height of light ok or should I lower it?
They don’t look to be stretching too much. You could probably have them a little lower as seedlings, but they look ok if you wanna leave them too.
I’d wait to start feeding until the round leaves start to yellow, then begin with week one of the FF feeding schedule. What medium are you using again?
I think a little bit of what you’re seeing is because the pots are so large. Lots of room for roots to wander.
What do u mean by medium? The type of soii? It’s organic garden soil with perlite .
Is that good that the roots wander?
It’s not bad. You typically don’t see very rapid plant growth until roots are established is all.

Chances are your soil has amendments in it to feed plant for a little while. But not sure without type or picture of bag or something like @MattyBear asked.
If you’re in FFOF, I wouldn’t feed for 4 weeks. Just ph’d water because FF comes precharged with nutes to get you through the veg stage in most cases
