I’ve been lucky at 100% too. Glad customer service resolved it, they seem to always come through as advertised if needed.
I have heard a few people make this sort of statement. I have only purchased seeds from ILGM. Started growing in 2018. Out of nearly 100 seeds started, I have only had one seed that did not germinate.
If I were to make a statement regarding ILGM germination rate I would put it at nearly 100% if done properly, based upon my experience.
It’s great to hear that you’ve had a positive experience with ILGM seeds and have had such a high germination rate! However, it’s worth noting that germination rates can vary based on a variety of factors. So while your experience has been positive, it’s possible that others may have had different experiences
