Need help with ilgm

Ive purchased and grown a few auto flower’s from ilgm with pretty good success in the past, or at least 35/40% success in germination… Gg4, Skywalker, Bruce banner, black widow, however this last go I decided to try Apple fritter auto and NOT 1 SEED sprouted… Fair enough, but I understood that ilgm guaranteed there product. I have tried contacting them 3 different times now and have been ignored…can ANYONE please help me with the next step, I’ve followed procedured by the book but can’t get any customer support…

Sorry to hear about your troubles.

In no way am i speaking on behalf of ILGM, BUT i have never experienced the kind of customer service that ILGM provides ANYWHERE else. Sometimes they get a bit backed up but i have no doubt they will be in touch.

Top teir customer support/service :call_me_hand:

I did, have tried everything on list to get germination, wet papper towl, glass with warm water, then finally straight peet pellets …then filled out 4 customer support forms…still no response…I’m beyond frustrated and noticed address has changed on ilgm, from California address to Florida and the company name on the bill in past has now changed…I’m beyond frustrated and panicked at this point

Sorry to hear of your issues. I have to say I’ve bought 3 different strains from ILGM. Out of those 3 I had 2 strains where some seeds didn’t germinate. Upon contacting them they made contact with me several times to make sure the service I received was satisfactory. They replaced my failed seeds without question. They took me at my word. In a day or so they emailed me to inform me the replacements had shipped a couple days later I received them actually faster than when I first purchased them.

I am growing Girl Scout Cookies. Is it normal for seeds to grow at different rates. As you can see from this photo, I have two seeds per pot and some are growing tall, one is very much a runt and four haven’t come up at all. I started them all in water. This i my first time in pots. Previously I started them in the ground but last year slugs ate my entire crop. I just put in dry dirt to prop a few of them up that were looking “spindly.”

I would seperate the seedlings very carefully and place them in their own pot. Also, seedlings dont require alot of saturation in the beginning. They are receiving their water through vapor and humidity. Two plants will intertwine root systems and will compete for water and nutrients. Your seedlings are like kids, each will grow at a different rate due to the differences in phenos. When you repot, barely moisten the soil. Cannabis prefers dryer soil than moist. It is possible to drown a seedling by overwatering. I would also add some perlite to your soil as well to help with drainage.
