Shout out to ILGM customer support

I had 3 seeds that ended up being duds. I emailed ILGM support and in less than 24 hrs replacements are being shipped. Couldn’t ask for better customer support.

Need help. Want to order for outdoor ohio. Want your best recommendations to purchase. Want huge yielding fish first week of October. I was thinking but bud, blue dream… Can you build a recommended pack with big bud, blue dream and your suggestions. Thanks

I’m a relatively new grower so I can’t really offer you any insight on what strains would be best for you. If you go to the ILGM shop they have a lot of helpful write ups on their seeds. Maybe other experienced growers could chime in and offer some suggestions

Mate at least you heard back from customer support . I gave sent a dozen or so emails for help . No assistance whatsoever. First order placed went without a hitch . Now I get email to pay and they have sent me no email for payment details so I can pay . Has ILGM dropped the ball ???!

@Andy13 they are overseas so give it until next week for a response, seeing as how it’s Saturday here.

Please allow us to get back to you within 24 hours. Sending us dozens of emails to speed up the process actually slows it down as we have more emails to get through.
