I am waiting to hear back from ILGM. I really don’t like that you can only email and hope for a reply. So far, since I emailed support I HAVE received two automated emails offering to sell me seeds - but, no one addressing the issue of the $387 worth of seeds I purchased that only 4 germinated and they laid down within a week.

So far, Very unsatisfied first-time customer.

I have now ordered seeds from another company in hopes of salvaging my season.

I still have a little hope that these folks might make things right, by way of refund or replacement with $387 worth of seeds AND the free seeds I earned with the order, which did not even germinate.

They are located in Amsterdam and not there on weekends. You should hear something today. The customer service is great.

Sound like operator error to me. No offence dude, but we can’t always blame the seeds. Give it time they’ll get back to you soon.

I have only had 1 non germ from ilgm. If your seedlings are laying down, thats not a germ problem. Germination is seed sprouting. Viability after sprout is on grower.

they will make it right. this is a first class set up. they helped me every time i had a problem. good luck happy growing!

Ya know what they say about assuming. First time it has ever happened in over 15 years of putting seeds down. Thanks for your two cents, though. Very helpful.

ILGM is the number one seed shop currently and much of that is their customer service. Be patient and they’ll make it right.

FYI this forum has nothing to do with the seed shop so best to deal through the email support.

It would be good to hear how you germinated your seeds…

I’ve been buying from ILGM for a long time and have been very successful. It’s can’t be the seeds or even ILGM’s fault, there are a lot of successful growers on this forum. You can either let us help you or move on to another company. Since this is your first time, I would let us help you figure out where it may have gone wrong. Don’t be offended, the folks are very supportive, we are not apologist for ILGM we have been fortunate enough to become very successful growers with this company.

WE are not trying to be RIGHT, we are trying to get it RIGHT…

Bad seeds happen with any supplier but ILGM wants to know so improvements to the product line can be made.

Maybe I’m lucky so far, I’ve had 100% germ rate on all my seeds from ILGM. I have had issues with the genes in some but oh well.
My advice is “hopefully you have pics” email customer support with pics of the seeds in question

Bro coffeeshopseeds is great :heart_eyes: iv gone in with 4 other people from nz and last few orders totalled $4k nz dollers and every one so far has germinated and
U get heaps of free seeds and they send where ILGM refuse to

Seeds i got from ILGM all
But a few didnt germ but they offered a refund so im not
Knocking ILGM

Well this was over 3 orders with 4 other people as stated which all got thru easy as none got taken … im on a nz page were people
Get there seeds from seedmans, seedcity
And everyone says they have had no issue … in fact someone from the states sent some seeds to a mate and wrote on the package “seeds”

Guess what it got thru …

And the people i have gone in with have done orders b4 me and no issues at all …

Banks are easyly getting there seeds in cause they use abit of stealth … not just in a bubblewrap and a plastic bag …
