Haven’t had to replace very many. When I have it was never an issue. A credit was issued a day or two after I sent an email explaining that the seeds did not germinate, days waited to see if they would and the germinating steps I took.
I could not find them after not sprouting for a long time on towels i put them in dirt?

It’s the weekend, you won’t get a reply until Monday or Tuesday. Question… how long of a tail did the seeds have before planting, and how deep did you plant them?
I hope that that is not the case i can buy elsewhere if needed
@newlost I got an email from them on a weekend so I also contacted them but got no reply back. I did get a response at the start of the week explaining that they’re a small staff and it might take a moment to reply. maybe that weekend email had been auto sent. but they do help with seeds that dont sprout and help you figure out how to germinate them.
Relax ilgms has top notch customer service and the only other companies that has their guarantee only replace if you re in europe( except maybe local California seed shops)
I had seeds not pop and disappear I had 2 emails to ilgm And explianed all now they replaced my full order. 3 strains 5 seeds each

I had issues with seeds, got them replaced and had a few seeds not pop from replacements. Have not contacted them on second batch yet, as I still have a few to try out. They made good the 1st time around so you should be fine, just keep emailing I guess
I had 4 out of 5 not germinate contacted them They sent me 5 new ones. They were either OG Kush or Jack Herer their customer service is top notch.
Only had this issue 1 time and they did make right. Took a couple days for a reply but they sent me 5 to replace my 2 that did not germinate so no complaints there with 3 extra free seeds
Maybe give them another email with abit stronger words in it explaining you have emailed them

If you received damaged beans? Take a pic of the package.
If it’s a germ problem. Do the the same. Document your problem.

I bought 20 seeds last year started 8 only 5 sprouted. Started the remaining 12 and nothing. Sent an email and they gave me a coupon code for my purchase amount to replace with what i wanted. Should be here Tuesday. ILGM top notch so far.
